SKATE COMMUNITY

Want some company while you skate? Skateline organises community skates on a regular basis. For many years, we’ve organised monthly Saturday Night Skates (SNS), where skaters could explore skating routes all over the Klang Valley come nightfall, as well as city skates during the festive seasons.

We’ve also skated in various sporting events, such as the Terry Fox Run, the PJ Half Marathon, and the Subang Jaya Run, hosted skating competitions such as the Asian Inline Cup and brought in big names in the inline skating world such as freestyle guru Sebastien Laffargue and champion speed skater Nicole Begg. We have been sponsoring the Malaysian Inline Hockey Tournament for the past six years, in support of the local inline hockey scene.

Car-Free Sunday Skates

Beginning 2014, we’ve decided to take advantage of the traffic-free streets in downtown KL and skate the monthly KL Car Free morning. Held the first Sunday of every month, this is a great time for all skaters to join us and roam our city on eight wheels!
